mondayblooms.com.au (the "Site") is operated and owned by Monday Blooms Pty Ltd ABN 37 605 227 450 ("Monday Blooms", "We", "Us" or "Our").

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these terms and conditions at any time, it is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to these Terms and Conditions. If you continue to browse, use or place an order on this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

USE OF THIS SITE

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us, your use of this Site must only be for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for all actions, including but not limited to, reproduction, transmission, republishing, uploading or distribution of the documents, information, graphics, design or materials on this Site for any third party use. At our complete discretion, we reserve the right to impose rules for and limits on the use of this Site by you or any other user or restrict your access to part, or all, of the Site without notice or penalty. 

Prices of goods and services and delivery costs displayed on this Site are current at the time of display, we reserve the right to, at any time without notice to you, revise the products and services on this Site. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with product pricing and descriptions.

DELIVERY TIME

We deliver Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm for all business address, 9:30am - 7:00pm for all home address, public holiday excluded. If you place an order on a Sunday or public holiday, your order falls on the next available day. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we strongly suggest a business address or an adult be home during our delivery hours.

On a busy day, we may use trusted external couriers to deliver physical goods, delivery times may differ depending on the delivery company chosen. We are not responsible for goods that are not received due to no one accepting at the point of delivery. The second attempt of delivery is made at the full discretion of Monday Blooms on the day.

DELIVERY FEE

We deliver to all areas within a 10 km radius from the Sydney CBD, prices are as shown in Delivery & Shipping. For any other deliveries outside the highlighted area, the delivery fee is calculated by distance. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address and select the correct delivery zone before checkout. Monday Blooms is not responsible for any cost may incur for a wrong address provided by you, it is at your full expense to send the order again. Please do not write your own address under "Shipping Information" if it is a gift to someone, do not write billing address under shipping address if it is not the delivery destination.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received, and if you have written a wrong address, please contact us immediately after placing an order. 

ORDER DEADLINE

We require all orders before 11:00am for "Same Day Delivery" items, and 9:00pm for "Next Day Delivery" items. This is to ensure we always use the freshest flowers and have enough stock to fulfill all orders. Any order after 9:00pm is to be considered as a next day order. In circumstances, we may have left over flowers on the day, feel free to Contact Us if you are placing an order after the deadline, we will try our best to help. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Orders can be cancelled before 9:00am on the scheduled day of delivery with full amount refund less a $20 administrative fee. If your cancellation is submitted after, we only refund you the delivery fee and will charge you the full amount of the item. We are unable to cancel orders that are already in the process of being delivered.

All refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

RETURNS

All Monday Blooms flowers are checked for quality and will only be dispatched if we are satisfied with the integrity of the order, while we do our best to ensure your flowers are delivered to you in the best possible condition, your product may be damaged not at our fault during transit. Should this be the situation, at our complete discretion, Monday Blooms will consider but not guarantee a solution appropriate to your cases such as a refund or replacement. 

Due to the nature of our product, you may not return the goods for a refund after 24 hours of delivery. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours with a valid reason for return. You can contact us during business hours to discuss further on your concerns surrounding your order.
